What can I say to my parents to convince them that I am old enough to go on dates with my boyfriend?

My boyfriend and I have been going out for about 5 months and just kissed a couple of days ago... It was just a peck, but still I was excited. Lol, but to the serious problem… Today and many other times he has asked me to the movies (just me and him), and my parents don’t want me to go on dates with just me and a guy.. When he asked me today, I was so happy and almost said yes without thinking about what my parents would say... What can I say to my parents to convince them that I am old enough to go on dates? By the way, I am 13. =D Thanks!!

-Double Dates
-Bring a girl friend, and have him bring a guy friend
-Start smaller and work your way up (Ie: a walk, going to a park, going to a cafe to get cocoa)
-Ask them. If you can kiss him, share your lips- why cant you share your time?
-Brownie points:
*1 You will pay for your own share, they dont have to help you pay.
*2 Be home well WELL before your curfiew, and be ON TIME if you give them a time
*3 only go out for just the movie. Dont kill time, do whaty you wanna do and then go home ot prove thats all you were doing.
*4 if you have a cell phone, keep in touch with them and let them know where you are.
DO NOT be out all night.

If i was you i would have said yes and told my parents that i was going with some friends as well.
But that probably wouldn't be good if they talked to your friend's parent's alot becasue they might say something.
