Redken's Extreme line?

i was wondering if anyone has ever tried redken's shampoo and conditioner from their line called "extreme" for damaged hair.
http://www.redken.com/products/haircare/extreme

my hair is fine, and kinda damaged (from flat ironing)
i've been using biolage damage repair, but i think i'm going to switch to redken. :]
if anyone has used this before, how did it work? do you think it'll work better than the Biolage i'm currently using?

any tips/advice is appreciated :)

Additional Details

actually, to the first answerer, if you knew ANYTHING near to what you pretend to know, some shampoos do perform their job, but they can also coat the hair with harmful waxes and dry out the original state of the hair. :) learn more before you go around lecturing people on the internet.

I have used that Redken Extreme range and it's fantastic. I had severely damaged hair from colouring and my hair is fine too and I have brought it back to life (with trims and also silicia). Use the Extreme mask once a week (no more as too much protein is counterproductive) and the shampoo and general conditioner in between. In fact, I will never use supermarket/cheap lines again as the difference between them and salon brands is huge - the cheap brands only compounded the damage, knotting my hair. It's worth investing in good product.

Even the cheapest shampoo can perform its job, to clean pollution. If your hair is damaged, throw away your tools, shampoo after shampoo no matter what brand is not going to improve it.

DYK the hair industry is a billion dollar business? Their job is to make promises, say anything so we could buy buy buy and for them to sell sell sell so they can build another mansion in a secluded island somewhere and to buy Lamborghini for their collection?

It's called marketing. Even the cheapest shampoo does its job, to clean the pollution. You don't even need conditioner, unless you live in a hard water area (lucky me), if your hair is permed, dyed, straightened. The majority of hair problems here are from girls in their 30s, asking how to care for their damaged hair, what product to make their hair grow, why their hair falls out, and why their shampoo or conditioner don't work. And they're giving advice here?

As you've already experienced, because someone here told you to use biolage.

Trim the damage ends, to allow new growth to develop. Use bottled water for the last rinse, to create softness if you live in hard water.

I know hair. I have silky, shiny, stick straight healthy hair, previously damaged by perming & dyeing. I'm older and I know better now.
