dont eat to gain weight, being fat also means you are unhealthy, being skinny(which im sure ur not anorexic skinny) is just your body type, dont be ashames of it, embrace it. i was always told i was anorexic by my fat(sorry) friend. i just said, well im not, and lauged in my hea because i KNEW she was jelous. if you think you are not eating healthy, therefore you need to talk to somebody like a grandma or aunt, so they can talk to you parents and say that you need better nutrition, but if you think you are eating healthy, dont bother, but dont eat to gain weight,it could cause future problems like diabetes, put you on a risk for heart attacks, and destroy your metabolism so you will get truely fat when you are older, exercise to gain muscle! it'll make you healthy and you will feel more energized. if you are really that upset, remember that your metabolism will slow doen, and you will eventually gain weight. i used to be like the skinniest person in my school, ot like ties for 1st, i would be like 80 pounds in grade 7, and now im 130(grade 10) i dont pay attention because i know i am not fat, i have lots of muscle, im athletic, but everyome guesses i havent reached 100 yet, hahaha, my point on weight is that you shouldnt be concerned about numbers, or looks, but what is true, you are not anorexic, so take the truth you know and use it. remember, that is YOUR body type, accept it, embrace it, and dont be so concerned about what other people think about things you cant change. im assuming they are not your friends, because friends wouldnt make you feel so upset about something. have fun with... life, annd work on being happy, you sound sad, so do things to make you happy.:D have a good day!
