I WANT 2 GAIN WEIGHT BUT MY PARENTS CAN'T AFFORD IT! WOULD YOU PLZ HELP?

Please!!!!!! I am crying my eyes out as we speak!!!!!!! People are calling me anorexic, I have a fast metabolism, I know how to gain weight just eat eat eat, but my parents can't afford it!!!!! Every time we go grocery shopping, i always ask can i get this can i get that but we can only spend 100 dollars for food.!!!! I am basically crying my eyes out so much just thinking about how skinny i am! I am super young so i cant get a job! Please help me!! And plz don't make me feel anymore insecure than i already am. Thank you so much.

dont eat to gain weight, being fat also means you are unhealthy, being skinny(which im sure ur not anorexic skinny) is just your body type, dont be ashames of it, embrace it. i was always told i was anorexic by my fat(sorry) friend. i just said, well im not, and lauged in my hea because i KNEW she was jelous. if you think you are not eating healthy, therefore you need to talk to somebody like a grandma or aunt, so they can talk to you parents and say that you need better nutrition, but if you think you are eating healthy, dont bother, but dont eat to gain weight,it could cause future problems like diabetes, put you on a risk for heart attacks, and destroy your metabolism so you will get truely fat when you are older, exercise to gain muscle! it'll make you healthy and you will feel more energized. if you are really that upset, remember that your metabolism will slow doen, and you will eventually gain weight. i used to be like the skinniest person in my school, ot like ties for 1st, i would be like 80 pounds in grade 7, and now im 130(grade 10) i dont pay attention because i know i am not fat, i have lots of muscle, im athletic, but everyome guesses i havent reached 100 yet, hahaha, my point on weight is that you shouldnt be concerned about numbers, or looks, but what is true, you are not anorexic, so take the truth you know and use it. remember, that is YOUR body type, accept it, embrace it, and dont be so concerned about what other people think about things you cant change. im assuming they are not your friends, because friends wouldnt make you feel so upset about something. have fun with... life, annd work on being happy, you sound sad, so do things to make you happy.:D have a good day!

    I highly doubt you're THAT skinny. BUT! Birth control make your gain weight...Also, you can try protein shakes...

    Listen. I don't know how old you are. But I will give you a little tale about what happened to me. I was always underweight. I by 8th grade i was at least 60/70lbs. Very underweight for a boy. I went through that my entire life until the last 2 years. I was severely underweight until I got into my last semester of high school. My body decided to throw me a bone for once and let me gain a few pounds. Today I (I am 21 by the way) weigh at least 120lbs. I am still underweight by 20lbs but I am not going to fret it that much. I can eat an entire pantry of fatty foods and not gain 3 pounds.

    Now. There are different ways to gain weight. But it was pointed out before, it is highly unlikely that you are that underweight. For a good portion of my high school years, I ate as much meat and sandwiches as I could. Trust me, that was a lot of sandwich's consumed. I am not saying that this will work for you. Every body works differently. It just happened to be what worked for me. If you are that concerned, talk to your parents and try to see a doctor.

    First of all, don't feel bad everyones bodyshape is different. Don't listen to people who call you annorexic they don't watch what you eat. I would suggest that you see a doctor if you are losing weight for no apparent reason. Also make sure your not gorging on the wrong foods such as sweets and transfats, they might make you gain weight but they're bad for us instead eat healthy proteins (lean meats-turkey, chicken and fish) and add moderate excercise that way you put on healthy muscle mass rather than odd fat pockets. But again, make sure your doctor rules out all possible ailments or conditions and ask about unusual symptoms if you're experiencing any. I hope this helps and don't feel bad. :)

    unless you're legitimately underweight i wouldn't worry so much about it. i mean you're a younger girl... your metabolism will slow over time. however, if you're completely dead set on gaining weight eat really bad fatty foods... like mcdonalds has a dollar menu and their food is horrid for you. it's why the rest of us are fat. lol. As far as the people that call you anorexic... eat food around them whenever possible... anorexics don't eat, so you'll have a solid argument and hopefully they'll lay off you. And avoid, as much as possible, going to the bathroom after eating something... they might just switch their name calling and say you're bulimic.
