These two can be compatible as long as Libra/Scorpio doesn't try to control this Aquarian lady. She hates being told what to do or when to do it. She needs lots of space and freedom to move. Generally, Libra doesn't mind because he loves social contacts as well, but his Scorpionic tendencies can try to be controlling. On the plus side, he loves having friends and hates being restricted. He loves his freedom as well. This is a good match.
