i'm 30 i gave him my number (he is 40) 2 weeks ago, he seemed to be interested said he'd call.Nothing so far.Should i give up?Is it true that scorpio man move slow?

Well wait for a bit and then if you have the number sms him. Call after having waited a bit more (Say 2weeks). Don't not worry a hell about what impression would he take of you, like all normal people scorpio or otherwise notice many things to create an impression. Your eagerness today can be balanced later on with a more subtle behavior but just one word, be yourself, this man is difficult to fool. And don't expect goodies you will face a lot of heat before warmth takes its place

he's probably shy... thinks the date you go on will be awkward.... just give him a lil time and when he does call you.. don't be like oh.. what took you so long...? be like oh hey there you are stranger... i was beginning to worry.... don't rush em.... scorpios are delicate too.... at least some are..
