I'm 16. But maybe I can be of some help. When i'm at college, The first thing i notice on a girl is her face. I notice things like


Her smile
Her eyes
Her hair

but them ost important thing i look at is "The way she carrys herself". That means I look if she is dressed like a ***** (turn off), dressed cute (turn on), or dressed like a whore (Turn off)

kids 13-15 generally like what other guys their age like their is really no physical features they are attracted to.

once you get passed that preteenish moment. Guys will either look at your body, eyes, or smile.

face and chest (how big her boobs are, big is good but not too big) (and revealing shirts help lol). then butt stomach and legs. but i don't even look if shes not fit

If you're looking at her from the front, Depends how big your boobs are lol and what type of shirt she's wearing. Guys don't really notice a girls butt, unless it's amazing. I guess the face and the body are second lol...
