What kind of eggs are these?

Well they are tiny black eggs that were on my jalapeno plant. They are tiny circles that are completely black and all.

Aphids.

Ive had them on a pepper plant before. Nasty :S

First things first.
Keep at 70 F and never let them dry out.

The black marks could be if you have been doing overhead spraying and it may be scorch marks caused by water droplets being hit by the sun.

Or may be black aphids.

Keep atmosphere humid and this may help also.
