Hi Luna ,This might not be the answer that you want, but you could try a piece of fruit instead. I am not one of these health food cranks, but by the time you have eaten the fruit your tum will have realised it has something in it and maybe the craving will stop. Some people take a drink of lemon drink at times and this often puts your taste buds off from wanting something sweet.
I hope this helps . All the best. Rab

You shouldn't fight your craving. Instead, get brownies and cut them to small pieces. Limit yourself to just 1 piece or bite and that's it. I think they even sell those 100-calorie-pack brownies now.
If you fight your craving, you might end up on an eating binge when you can't stand it anymore, which is really harmful.

find a replacement snack, or just tell the brownie you have a head ache and you'll call it tomorrow! : )

I agree. Don´t make yourself feel bad about wanting to enjoy food. However, if you are trying to cut back, save it as a treat or a reward. Also, eat your treat after a meal so you will already be full and won´t eat more than you should. Try having a glass of water handy and take a sip between bites- take your time and enjoy it slowly. Drinking water between bites will make you feel fuller like you´ve eaten more. But definitely, don´t make yourself feel guilty because you´ll give yourself a complex. Life is meant to live it! Bonne appetit!
