How long does a fresh fruit salad stay fresh if i make it myself?

It depends what fruits you put in it. Bananas and apples for example go bad after just a few hours, whilst citrus fruits (like pineapple and orange), as well as any fruit where you don't need to puncture the skin (like grapes or berries) can stay fine for several days. Keep it in the fridge and immerse any banana/apple/pear/etc in an acidic juice such as orange or lemon.

All cut fruits change texture and taste after 12 hours.

If you nicely place it in a ziplock container or any sealed container, it should stay fresh for 2 days refrigerated! It also depends on how often you open the container to reach for the fruti, because oxygen changes the color and texture cause it to ripen more and more until it finally goes bad.
