Does he actually like me? 10 POINTS FOR BEST ANSWER?

Question

So this is what happened yesterday, I was at lunch in my table talking with my BFF's. And then this guy name Luis came over to our table with his detention paper and showed it to his friends. Then I heard Luis say "Hey hang hang on I got to talk to this girl." So he sat next to me and he said "What's up?" and he just kept staring at me up and down. And I said nothing much and then he said "So anything personal you want to tell me? Because I know yesterday your friends said you like me...Oh wait, what was it? Right....Genevieve likes me." (genevieve is my name but when he said that he didn't mean it in a mean way) Then after he said that he looked down at the table and was nervous for a few seconds then he said "Why did you tell your friends that you like me? I wanted it to be kept a secret..." and I just told him I don't know. And then he was like "Did you just looked at me in the yearbook?" and I told him yes and then suddenly my friend Cassandra just blirted out to me saying "Genevieve don't act like a *****...." and I told her "But I'm not acting like a *****...." and then Luis said "Who called you a *****?" and I said "Cassandra did." and suddenly it looked like as if he defended me because he said this to Cassandra: "Shut the **** up don't call her a *****." then he looked at his picture in the yearbook and he said to his own picture "Haha **** you!" very rapidly. Then somehow at the end he just kept staring at me and staring at me and so did I and I was a little nervous and then Cassandra said "Why are you staring at her?" and he said "I don't know 'cause I'm bored...." and he kept staring at me and not looking anywhere else and I also stared at him and we didn't say anything. Then I heard my other friend Marrisa whispering to my friend Cassandra saying "I think there having there moment...." and then the bell rong and then he got out of his chair and I just packed up and when he passed by me he turned back to look at me one more time. Also in the beginning I called him cute and he then he said "Yeah...." while staring down. I think he doesn't want to admit that he also likes me too? Also I kind of stalk him when he talks to girls and he just acts all normal to them and he doesn't even stare at them that much and I've noticed that he talks to them differently then when he talks to me.


Does he like me? Is he kind of nervous to admit his feelings even though he has the confidence to come and talk to me? How can I move on to the next level with him? We don't know each other that much we recently started talking about 1/2 weeks ago. Also I swear whenever he stares at me he stares STRAIGHT INTO MY EYES not anywhere else and so do I. My heart beats a little because I do like him.

Well sweetie, it really does sound like he likes you. My boyfriend and I sometimes just stare at each other and says nothing for minutes upon minutes, and we're dating and in love. I think while he was staring at you, he was having an inner-monologue moment, and thinking about how he feels about you. Especially if he defended you like he did, because your friend Cassandra was joking around.
My boyfriend gets pissed whenever someone sasses me or calls me a mean name.
Not only that, if you get that light feeling in your chest, by your heart, then you have strong feelings for this boy. Possibly even more than just a simple 'I like you'. I get that too sometimes just when he looks at me, kisses me, even if he holds my hand. Butterflies, goosebumps, all that joy. And I'm in love with him.
I really think he does like you. The signs seem pretty strong from what you have told us. I would try getting even closer to him, and give him some strong signs that you are really feeling him, and if you want it to be more than friends, then try telling him. I think he likes you. And I can tell you have more than just a crush :)

Maybe I will try giving him signs like eye contact again and talk to him to get to know him better. Maybe one day he will actually admit it....

next time you talk to him, get his phone number and start texting and maybe calling each other. Most likely the way he acts to that will determine if he likes you or not, just flirt alot

I really don't get this story but it does sound like he likes you. if he stares in your eyes. Ask for his number and get to know him then ask who he likes.
