When do i use coconut milk and when do i use coconut cream?

Coconut milk is pretty much just that--milk from the inside of a coconut--while coconut cream is usually sweetened and used in baked goods. Coconut milk is not that sweet--it basically just tastes like coconut flavour in watered-down milk, and so it can be used for savory things as well.

Coconut milk is just a lower-fat version of Coconut cream, so you may use either one in any type of cooking that requires coocnut milk/cream. Although, coconut cream does have a better flavour.
