Kenmore electric range burner problem?
hey guys my parents bought a new kenmore electric range 790.9537 and it has a ceramic top or glass top
front right burner isnt as bright red as it was yesterday and it is just 2 days old we had a technician come in today and he replaced the dial part on the other side which solved one problem but then this problem came on after
it is suppose to be bright red or bright cherry red when put to high but now on HI it is like a darker red or a dimmed cherry red what is the problem? it is not the electrical side i know probably the wires the guy touched

Electric ranges require 240 volts on high for the burners and oven to work. When on low and some medium settings they use 120 volts.
Now the problem could be a loose connection, a bad element or a hidden problem in the stove that is causing this.
You are only describing what the heating element looks like it may be as hot as it needs to get. I would call them out again and have them check connections and the heat range.
Some times you can not judge by the color of the element. Good luck
