Need at least one opinion before I make my decision? Does she like me?

Here's what she does, I need opinions:

I sit next to her, and she always puts her feet like real close to mine, so much it makes me uncomfortable. Thought it was 1 of those things you do without thinking, but she doesn't do it with other people. Once, she had her leg touching mine, noticeably. So I moved away, but said what the hell and put it back touching again and she didn't budge.

She teases me when I act tough. I caught her staring ONCE. Also, I forget my book for class often so I shared w/her. So once I was sharing with my friend and she asked me to share with her instead.

She paid for my library fee. One time she put her open hand on my leg by accident and said "oh my god, i'm sorry!" all loud/nervous. That's how she sounds if she says hey to me in the halls. It's either that or awkward eye contact and we don't say anything.

I dunno, she's hot AND a great person, I'm an average happy-go-lucky kinda guy. That's why it has me thinkin'..she's outta my league, honestly.

Wen we make eye contact she looks away.

She isn't out of your league, and she most definately likes you. go for it! ask her out!
