i have heard it may be from being anemic. never heard of it being associated with HIV or AIDS.. but i could be wrong

you are secretly the human torch. to truly test this hypothesis i recommend jumping off a very high building and yelling "Flame On!". If you are the human torch, use your powers wisely and fight crime. if not, then you wont crave ice any more so your problem will be dealt with none the less.
