Would you ever get plastic surgery?

Where and why?
Personally (I know this may sound stupid but it's true..) i think that each body and person is different and that's how God designed us to be. Of course society messes this up by deciding what body type/look is better than another though. Opinions?

I understand it in certain cases. Like if your nose got burnt off and you wanted another, or if you were born with 6 toes. I saw this guy on Dr. Phil who was fat, but he dieted and exercised. He got skinny again, but he had boobs. He got plastic surgery to make it all better. I understand why people get plastice surgery sometimes, but when celebrities get it I think it is just stupid.

agreee! i live in beverly hills and there is enough plastic on so many people's faces that i could built a children's playground out of it.

in my opinon i would never get plastic surgery because god made me the way i am, but sure if ppl want to get plastic surgery, they want to imporve on there look and be happy with themselve

I personally will never get plastic surgery, I think its completely unnecessary unless you've been in some kind of accident and need it to look "normal" again, or have been in a fire say and actually need it.

HHM YEAH THATS TRUE.
SOCIETY WANTS EVERY ONE TO BE STICK AND BONEY WHICH IS GROSS.

BUT IN MY OPINION I WOULD DEFINETLY GET COSMETIC SURGERY.
WHY?
BECAUSE ONCE YOU HAVE A KID YOUR BODY COMPLETLY CHANGES.

RIGHT NOW IM TURNING 18 NEXT MONTH,BUT IM PLANNING ON GETTING BREAST IMPLANTS AND BODY CONTOURING BY THE TIME IM 22YRS.TO MAKE MYSELF LOOK AND FEEL BETTER.
HAVING A BABY CHANGES YOUR BODY AND ITS HARD TO GET BACK TO YOUR OLD BODY SHAPE.

Well, I am a very fat person, and if I ever lost enough weight that my excess skin was hanging, I'd consider a tuck. But I would never consider anything else.

It may sound superficial and shallow, but yes I would get plastic surgery. I'd probably get a nose job seeing as I'm insecure about my nose, and i feel paranoid and self conscious about it in social situations. I know I should accept myself the way I am, but I think a nose job would improve the way I feel about myself and on the whole, make me a more confident person. :)
