Yes most of them are. Although their are some decent ones (good luck finding them).

IT DEPENDS ON THE GUY. EACH ONE OF THEM HAVE DIFFERENT PERSONALITIES SO YOU CAN'T JUST JUDGE ALL OF THEM LIKE THAT.

Eh ! It really depends ! I know a LOT of guys like that, but then I know a few that aren't like that. So it real depends.
