Too bad she is your "EX" best friend. Sounds like she really cares about you and is a real and true friend. Those are hard to come by and will do what ever is in your best interest even if it makes you hurt or mad. They don't sugar coat things, because they really, really, care and will do what ever it takes to be the best friend you ever had.
For the anorexia, you really need to get into a therapy group and be monitored by a Dr. Take a step in the right direction and do something good for yourself, just like your ex friend is trying to do for you.
You are worth the effort to get better and learn to love yourself and do what is best for you. Your ex friend thinks so too.
