Should I cook my turkey and stuffing separate then stuff the bird just before I serve it?

Cook separately,,, It is safer and leaves the bird moist

Probably not. Either cook it stuffed or separate. The reason you stuff it while cooking the turkey is because the stuffing absorbs the flavor of the bird while roasting.

Cook it inside the bird so that it flavours the meat, and picks up the meat juices. Pack it into the bird very loosely so that it doesn't interfere with the cooking of the meat.
