The risks are you might get an infection if not healed the right way, or if your body rejects the piercing.
Tips,

Make sure your parents know that your doing this, make sure its professionally done.
They are going to tell you to clean it twice a day, but clean it as much as you can.
Go to a clean place, maybe one thats recommenced by someone.
Ask any questions that are in your mind, when you get there, dont be shy.
It hurts, pretty bad, but the needle is small, and its worth the pain (:
DONT GET IT DONE WITH A PIERCING GUN.
If your eyes water its normal.

you might look too young (like if your a young looking 14yr old)
infections
get told off about it at school, having to remove it, wont heal properly
gets annoying
when you take it out it looks like a massive blackhead on your nose
have to take it out/put a bandaid on it when you play sport

not saying you shouldnt get it, just letting you know (my friend whos 15 is thinking of getting one too)

coming from a boy, nose piercings are trashy, i even made my girlfriend take her belly ring off. i would stick with simple little stuff like little ear piercings, it saves you money for things that matter more, and it doesnt hurt or get infected.

You can but I don't think you can go somewhere professional. I don't know.

You could get an infection if you someone that isn't professional does it, or your parents might not be too happy.

Tell your parents and make sure to keep it clean! Also check with your friends to see if they'll go with you or like it too. :)

Yes, you can get a nose piercing as long as the place accepts it at your age. And you will most likely have to be with a parent.
The risks are really just infection.
Tips would be to look around at all the different places that do nose piercings and that research and see how positively rated they are. It's also good to ask people that have gone there to see if they are good or not. It's mostly for safety reasons to further prevent such problems like infections as mentioned before.
But generally, I wouldn't get it just yet. 14 seems a bit too young to be getting a nose piercing, unless you've been thinking about this for a long long time and are 100% sure you want to get this.

nose piercings are lame. if you're gonna pierce something, pierce your eyebrow. it will bother your nose alot. or don't get a piercing at all. you're too young.

you must be sixteen in order to get it with parental consent..otherwise 18..anything with who lets younger people get it done aren't trustworthy.

well I think the only risk is you might get an infection. you would have a chance to get infections in any piercing by the way.

and you are only 14, why don't you wait for a little??
