I just bought a silicone bake sheet. Can I roll out cookie dough when I shape my Gingerbread?

do i have to clean the sheets after i shape it or just pop it in the oven after keeping the shaped dough on the sheets.

Additional Details

i hope you understand what i mean... DO I CLEAN THE SHEET AFTER I SHAPE MY DOUGH ON IT or just put it in the oven even though it might be wet from the dough

It will stay nice longer if you don't burn sugar into it, so I'd rinse and lightly oil it before cooking.

SILICONE BAKE WARE IS FOR BAKING i WOULD ROLL AND SHAPE ON PASTRY BOARD FIRST sorry caps lock was on
