A very weird issue whenever I do my laundry?

I have been doing my own laundry my laundry since I was about 14 and ever since then I have always had problems. I do the laundry the same way everyone else in the house does and I wear normal clothes, but they continue to only happen to me. My shirts will have ridiculous bleach stains despite the fact that we do not even own bleach. I have done without detergent and this problem still happens. I've switched detergent a million times. What could it be?

Then, today, when I pulled my laundry out, there were hundreds, maybe even thousands, of what looked like porcelain/glass/pottery shards in the bottom of my laundry. I do not own anything porcelain so there is no explanation for it. It got in my clothes, and seems to have disintegrated one of my shirts. Only one.

Has anyone else ever experienced these issues?

As for the bleach stains, think about what you do with the clothes when you wear them. Do you spray perfume? Any other thing like hairspary? Acne medication? Body cream? Some of these can bleach fabrics.

As for the shards of porcelain, there has to be something that was added to the machineor something is crystallizing in the machine. Impossible to say without knowing what the crystals are.

Asker's Comment:
I've suspected the bleach stains might be related to the chemicals in my foundation, so I think what you said is probably likely.
