when u hav it, does it hurt or what and how do you know that u have lost ur virginity during sex.

It's natural to be scared about the first time! I'm not going to lie sex for many virgins hurts a lot, for some it is just a little pain and discomfort and for some it is very painful at first and for some it doesn't hurt and they enjoy it (it may not even hurt you). It didn't hurt my ex best friend but it hurt quite a bit at first my other ex best friend so it is different for everyone.

For me it hurt a lot but this I think was because my body was not aroused at all when we did it! I was very, very attracted to my boyfriend but didn't really know that for sex to be comfortable you have to be very aroused (I was only 14). I was also very tense which makes it difficult and painful.

So make sure you are ready to have sex emotionally and you have found somebody you are attracted to and really want to do it with. Be relaxed as possible and make sure you are very sexually aroused before they enter you and you shouldn't have a lot of pain in the slightest and in fact if you are very aroused you may not have any pain. If you are worried about not being aroused enough then you could buy some lubricant.

Your hymen may already be broken from sports or tampons aswell

I do understand your fear completely. I am not a virgin but I am not very experienced with penetrative sex and this week I think the person I am seeing wants to have sex which I want to but I still get scared about it but they are very, very, very attractive so that will make it a lot easier lol!

Don't be scared because that will make it hurt, be relaxed and aim to enjoy it!

Also for some it is uncomfortable and a little painful for the first 5-10 times and then it starts to feel good, so it may take practise and time to get used to it

It can hurt, mostly for women and especially the first time.

You "lose your virginity" if you have sex. Period. That's the definition of a virgin: someone who hasn't had sex. Perhaps you mean breaking the hymen? That's usually what hurts the first time, if it's not already broken.
