Depends, I am generally indifferent towards them, I need to get to know them first, but I do have some libra friends, they can be annoying sometimes, but generally I get along with them.

Capricorns like Cancer,Scorpio,Taurus & Pisces people.
The happiness & comfortability will be temporary if you mix outside of those signs. When you try to have a relationship with "the others" its ALOT of work. These days its hard enuff to hold down a relationship. Who wants to put in 'harder x-tra work" when everything could/should be easier by sticking with signs that we understand and they understand us better?

Hm...haven't met a whole lot of Libras...but the two I know are okay.We aren't so close so that's all I can say,that we get on well.
But I have my Juno in Libra,so I don't know if that changes anything.

I don't think I've been with a Libra sexually, it's usually water or fire. But mentally, we might come across as a little brooding to a Libra, but we find the Libra mentality to be quite refreshing, and on the bad side maybe a bit selfish. But generally, the Libra's diplomatic personality is very attractive and admirable to a Capricorn.

I am a Libra married to a Capricorn. One of the things he likes about me is that he sees me as elegant and graceful. He enjoys my attraction to the finer things in life. He is stimulated mentally by the way that I view things logically instead of with my emotions. He enjoys me sexually because I am intense and outgoing, and he is not so experimental, so he feels that I have opened him up in that area, which he greatly enjoys. He also finds me indulgent at times, and doesn't like that I spend money on whims....but he loves to buy me expensive things to spoil me.

my cousin has a capricorn friend. at first i notice they both have very strong personality. the things that annoy my libra cousin about her friend is that capricorn comes on too strong at times. she would discuss her problems non stop. I think my libra cousin would prefer to just keep things on the surface that is unless she herself has a problem and she needs help lol. see where im going wit this? maybe libra is a bit too superficial for the capricorn but at the same time capricorn is a negative sign including prone to worry or over think rather than get things out where as libra would just vent or keep things on the surface. very different people with strong personalities. the relationship doesn't exactly work if it is well someone is giving more of themselves they normally wouldn't without complaint. A capricorn would be with a libra because they prefer people that are more cheery than them in general or carefree personalities coz they are more serious.

Never been sexually attracted to a Libra, I've dated one, but no physical attraction was there really.
As for my gal pal Libras, they only thing I find annoying about them is their indecision which to me, makes them seem flaky. So usually I just make the choices when they start to get iffy so we can move on. That's one thing they don't like about caps, that we can't just enjoy the moment, the here-and-now. We don't weigh our emotions, and we're ready to move on to the next thing or project.
It's funny how different we are, but I've known them for so long, they're used to me and I'm used to them so we just joke about it.
They're really fun to be around. But that worries me too, sometimes I think that's all they care about.
