Will a plexiglass aquarium 36" by 12" by 12", less than an inch thick hold water?
If not anyone know where I could find one, or a glass one of the same dimensions? Hopefully in Houston/ Clear Lake area?
Additional Details
Thanks.... I'm lazy and not level two, but HaHa V had the best answer so vote other level 2+ ppl... except note that this is actually 22.44 gallons

No problem. It would be a good idea to strengthen the top however. Use a two part epoxy to glue them together and seal the inside edges with clear silicone.
Make a top (like a picture frame) to prevent the top from buckling and adding stress to the inside corners near the top. You run the risk of the tank coming apart under the stress if you do not strengthen it. You can make a frame out of metal strapping or something similar. You could even use wood, but run the wood thickness horizontal to the top to give it added strength.
Good luck.

That's exactly 21 gallons of water to the top... or 81 litres. half an inch is about 1.3 cm....it will hold if it's plexyglass, even more if it's glass. if you use silicone to bind it, and don't be cheap on it, use plenty on those edges.

If the joints where the sides and bottoms come together are sealed, then it will hold water...if the joints are are not, water will run out..
