I think pumpkin puree would work better...it makes everything you bake nice & moist! If you need any easy-to-make & delicious pumpkin recipes, try PlusRecipes.com! My favoite is the "Spiked Pumpkin Pie Supreme"...it's made with brandy...YUM! ;)
