How do I get my biscuits to cook even. most of the time the bottom burns before the top is done?
Right now I'm pulling them out(after many months of eating burnt biscuits), flip them over and finish cooking. That works but I know it's not the best way.

This has happened to me many times, my floor is un-even. I found cooking on a lower heat, and just keeping an eye on them, also I used parchment paper , the last time, came out perfect. Good luck!

Use the middle rack in the oven and get an oven thermometer. Most ovens are off by at least a few degrees which can make a difference when baking. You could also try using silicon pads on the baking pan.
