What do you think of the behaviour of this Leo co-worker?

Question

I started a job with a Leo co-worker who I rubbed the wrong way. What happened is that I said the comment "I am doing this job because I am passionate about doing the work" type a thing. Then Leo turned around and told the supervisor that I am acting like I am better then others. I was shocked because I thought that if he was a Leo he would appreciate a comment like that because they are known to be hard working too - plus I was new to the job? So anyways the supervisor came and talk to me and stuff and I apologised but said that it wasn't what I meant and that I am sorry it was taken that way by Mr delicate. So then anyways I refused to suck up to the Leo because to me he was trying to intimidate me. He caught me at a bad time and as a Taurus I don't mind sucking up once in a while but in this case I just refused so I just changed area. But I always wondered about why he acted that way and thought it was so evil. It was dumb because from my point of view we could have worked well together. Any Leo's that can shed light? Hello Taurus wants to work hard isn't that a good thing?

I think his behavior was stupid and uncalled for. Maybe he saw you as a threat or maybe he doesn't have anything better else to do with his time. Just don't let this incident with him form your opinion about all the other Leos out there in the world. What you have to remember is that every Leo is not the same, or has the same traits and characteristics. We all have natal birth charts with different signs in it and that goes for every other Leo too. My longtime boyfriend is a Leo and he's nothing like this guy your working with. If you would have said something like that to my boyfriend he would have replied and told you that it's good to be passionate about the job your doing. My boyfriend is a hardworking Leo but his natal birth chart has some softer signs like Cancer and Libra that soften that hard edge. I think this guy is jealous and maybe sees a little competition, and I also think he's just a trouble maker that needs to find better use of his time. Ignore him and concentrate on your job. You do what is required of you and make a good impression because some people are out to sabotage a job. I wish you the best!

Maybe he was just having a bad day and as a leo, his bad side may have come out in the form of anger. Everyone has their days... or, he might have been having some problems and felt threatened by you. Whatever it is, just remember that that day may have been a bad day for him and there are a number of possibilities that could account for his actions and attitude.

My dad's a Leo with a Taurus moon, I know the feelings. My stepdad's also a Leo and I've had plenty of Taurus friends. Leo's and Taurus are both fixed signs, and these two are particularly competitive and go in opposite directions. Leo is likely to draw more attention to himself than Taurus. Leo craves fame and respect, but may not have the common sense to achieve it like Taurus. Most don't If he felt particularly unnoticed that day, he prolly got pissed. Maybe his moon's in Cancer. More than likely neither of your views will be up for compromising since the signs are fixed.
