What does the word "exalted" mean when it comes to signs? HELP PLEASE?

Well, alright I keep reading that Moon is "exalted" in Taurus and I have that moon.
Also, Venus is "exalted" in Pisces which I have to.




Does it make any difference than the others??

Exaltation is one of the five essential dignities of a planet, based on how the Babylonians viewed the energy of each of those planets.

The sign of exaltation is the one where that planets energy is perfectly and most strongly expressed. So, Venus's love, affection and admiration is most strongly expressed when it's focused through Pisces, the sign that rules service through sacrifice and melding with a higher power.
