out of nowhere, my heart gave 2 very sudden, fast and hard beats. Immediately after i felt the blood rush within, and i felt extremely nervous.
If not, then what could this be?

it cant be a heart attack because a heart attact is VERY serious and u will most likely be hospitalized...u most likely experienced a panic attack, not to worry!

that's a panic attack... - Agree with the first answer. If you had a heart attack you would be in the hospital.
