Severe affliction involving Moon and Mars can cause blindness. If Mars is prominent and afflicted, a severely afflicted Moon may cause trouble with the eyes. Even a powerful harmonious aspect bwtween Moon and Mrs may map less severe difficulties if the Moon is otherwise severely afflicted. In cataract, Neptune is also involved.
Progressed aspect involving a Mars aspect with severe rallying force can cause blindess. Any aspect involving a conjunction with malefic fixed stars such as Antares, Les Ascelli, Aldeberan, or Algol can cause blindness.

Progress the planet Mars, Moon to represent 26 yrs old and check the aspects as I stated above. If they square or conjunct major points such as fixed starts will cause severe eye problem. Many person born with aspects to these fixed stars wear glasses early in youth. That gives you an indication of how powerful these sensitive points are.

Take a look at the fixed stars in the chart.
Pleiades (The Seven Sisters) is delineated as the source of accidents and blindness early in life.
So are South Asellus, Rastaban, Aculeus (in one eye), Spiculum, and Alnasl.
