Libras tend to be very easy going, not exactly the most responsible type. Haha.
So I'd say it would be more of the libra rising.
But I wouldn't say it's all because of astrology.

Not your Taurus Moon, Libra Rising I have that for sure and makes myself Lazy I'm a Leo, My brother same Rising sign he is an Aquarius, But the Rising Sign Libra makes anyone Lazy, Opposite Sign is Aries and the are the Least Laziest in the Whole Zodiac Libra is Opposite towards that sign, May look closley at your Chart.

A Taurus moon wouldn't make you lazy... nor would a Libra rising. Where did you come by this information? I know a Taurus Moon, and he is a very responsible, hard-working, dependable person. He does have his moments, of course... but who doesn't? You may perhaps be right about the Libra rising, though... I don't know for certain. Libras are pretty easy-going, so, maybe more than lazy you're just very laid-back. :)

Liibra rising tends to laziness because they love ease and comfort. Taurus Moon is not lazy, on the contrary.
