Do numbers have anything to do with our lives?

Question

have you ever had years that sort of mirrored each other? like in my case, in 93, when i was 13, an event happened that changed the direction of my life for the next several years to come. and then 10 years later in 03, at 23, the same sort of thing happened.. and like other examples were like I was looking forward to the summer of 97, but it was a huge let down crappy things happened, and the same thing happened in the summer of 07.. There's actually a lot more examples, but too much to talk about. it is really weird how it all happened kind of the same way for the most part.. is there more to numbers than we think?

If anybody knows something about this, I would love to read what you think.

The government thinks so. Otherwise, we wouldn't need any social insurance number. Must have some use for sure. Banks also think that numbers are indispensable. lo
