How long does gingerbread man dough last in fridge?

Also, if you think it won't last, I'll just bake it tomorrow and decorate them on Friday!

Additional Details

I just made gingerbread cookie dough and I don't really want to bake it until Friday.

My question is this: is it alright to be in the fridge between now and Friday?

It's divided into two and double-wrapped in saran wrap. I've made gingerbread men before, but never made the dough ahead of time. Sorry if this is a completely silly question. :)

yeah of course~ Another thing you can do is freeze it so it doesn't get hard or crusty around the edges. But it seems like you have it wrapped up pretty well!!!!! So you could either keep it in the fridge or freezer, but I prefer freezer cuz it locks in freshness

ALL OF THIS MAY Sound GOOD..but if you put it in the freeze it's freezing and when that happens water is formed so it well really never be fresh as making and baking the same day...IT JUST TASTE BETTER..!

It will last, but will last longer if you make some gingerbread girl dough.
