Brasica vegetables, seeds and nuts that have not been blanched, dried fruit of any kind.

for me green peppers any kind of peppers jalapenos ect... I love um. beans yeap definitely beans

meats that are not cooked fully to 140 degrees or 160 degrees and that are not stored in those temps.
these things dont cause GAs, they cause other symptoms like diahrea

i usually like GAS it means my bowels are working
i took radiation and chemo therapies and everything basically died insied, it was several years before i farted with enthusiasm (hehehe)
