I recently purchased a ProActiv skincare kit and was wondering if they automatically re-bill after purchase?
I ordered a ProActiv Solutions kit for my sister, just the standard kit to see if it actually worked for her and so far it does, however, I received a letter in the mail stating that they had charged me and would use the credit card which they had previously charged for all future shipments. Does this mean I'm going to automatically be re-billed and additional shipments will be sent, or does this mean they're just keeping my information on file for any future purchases that I should decide to make?

You'll be automatically rebilled. What sucks about proactive is that after you buy the starter kit, if you don't want anymore, you have to let them know and pay off what you owe or they'll keep sending you more and taking your money or sending you bill after bill. They send you a kit each month and don't be fooled by the "special introductory offer," you'll pay like $40 for each one.

- Although I appreciated SaraMD collecting the information on the quality and feedback on the product, I was more concerned with the method of billing that ProActiv used, which was covered in this response here, I appreciate the quick answers guys.
