I think you need a straight forward portrait photo for people to judge.

Well first of all, agencies mostly focus on body sizes, instead of faces. So it's hard to tell from only seeing your face. If you haven't noticed, most models looks weird.

So basically if your flat chested with no butt, YES YOU ARE PRETTY ENOUGH.

Anyone has the potential to be a model. I think the person in the photo has that potential, it all really depends on your connections, your determination, and your ability to have versatility in your photographs. You also have to photograph well, but then again everything is so air brushed it doesn't really matter that much.
