I need some one who is an expert on covering up ?

My sister and her friends graffiti-ed on the walls of her room she has know moved out she used permanent marker highlighters and other markers that need to be covered up as that room will be my son's room and Cf's has a house assessment that will be observing that room by dec 1st what paint can i use to cover the ceilings and walls need help asap will give 10 points to anyone who has an answer to this and if they know if it works for sure

An oil based primer is what you need, Kilz make a latex and oil based primer but the latex version might not cut it for the permanent makers. Most paint stores should carry Kilz or something similar. The oil base will definitely work but is quite noxious (think gasoline smell). So make sure you ventilate the room, use a fan to blow out the fumes. Once it cures you can safely use any latex paint you choose :).

could you email this advice to my mum as she is the one with this problem and she needs to do it before December 1st if it isn't too much to ask it will be greatly appreaciated
