To the girls who had eating disorders?

Soooo I used to have an eating disorder and i cant seem to get past the whole gaining weight issue.
Before i had an eating disorder I was naturally skinny but i still thought i was fat.
But now that i've recovered from bulimia nervosa I've gained a lot of weight in my eyes.
so now i'm no longer skinny, I'm thin.
And to those who have had eating disorders i bet you remember being complimented on being "thin" or "healthy" and considered that as being called fat.
Anyway, how can i become more comfortable in my skin, although i still want to lose weight??
For me accepting my body the way it is, is hard......GAAAHHH its kind of annoying because i can look at other girls who are bigger than me and see the beauty in them but not in me....

I know EXACTLY what you mean when you say "i can look at other girls who are bigger than me and see the beauty in them but not in me...." and i know no one can really reassure you that you look 1 million times more beautiful with some curves on your body but i'll try. ultimately you just have to learn to give in and accept that when people tell you, you look great and are beautiful you just have to believe them. i know its SO much easier said than done, i still doubt myself, but i do know that its the only way to feel truly happy with my body image. don't let stereotypes and media get in the way of you are. be yourself and take pride in your own personlity and image. people will appreciate you and want to be like you so much more when youve got strength in yourself and you dont let people tell you what you know isnt true. stand up for a healthy image, i know 100% that you look stunning when your a healthy weight.
Honestly the most effective way to become a healthy, sexy weight is the long way. but what people dont understand is that quick fixes are temporary and so much worse for your body in the long run. its so cliche but so true - eat 5 small meals a day including red meat, poultry, fish, nuts, 5 serves green veges, 2 serves fruit (i always wat more fruit than veges), whole grains, etc. there are so many yummy ways to eat that stuff though (smoothies, dips & veges, fruit salads, fruity deserts) and 30 mins/day exercise. you'll be the hottest thing around :)

Hope these images are a little inspirational. BTW men LOVE curves WAY more than protruding rib cages :P

Weight loss became a permanent drag for me until I checked out acai berry. I acknowledge they say that pills do not work, however they certainly worked for me, and they've been shown on the Rachael Ray Show too. There's a free trial on right now at http://rabelt.yourfastdiet.info , why not try it, what have you got to lose?
