Nobody Has Guessed My Age Yet, In The Photo Where Im Dressed Properly I Have Make Up On To Make Me Look Paler So I Am A Bit Darker Than That, I Also Have Freckles On My Nose, Does That Change Anything?

but i think it would be fine for you to get a nose piercing. you're a little pale, so when the healing is over, you should buy a colored piercing just to stand out. sorry i don't mean that in a bad way. also, i got my nose pierced and i didn't realize how much it would hurt...my nose was on fire and my eyes were watering. i don't want to scare you off because it really does end up looking great, but just letting you know. hope this helps :)
