Do you notice that Japanese tofu and Chinese tofu have different texture?

really?? i eat tofu like once every two weeks or so...but i never tried chinese tofu b4...

Yes, the only differences between Japanese and Chinese infact all Tofu make in South East Asia is the texture only. The method, ingredient used are all the same.
