Exercise to burn stomach fat/calories in stomach?

i'm looking for some basic exercises to burn fat/calories in the stomach area. i have to be able to do them indoor with no machine. so something like crunches and push ups.

I'm with those answers that say target area reduction is not realistic. (You cannot do sit ups and burn fat around the middle.) There are four ingredients that go into slimming down. Proper nutrition, resistance training (building total body muscle), cardio / interval training (to burn off fat), and ab exercises to make those muscles "pop".

There are workouts that combine the last three in various ways. Compound exercises can offer ways to do more than work one muscle group. Example: A front squat with dumbbells to an Arnold press. (You'll have to look that up for illustration.) This exercise works your legs as well as shoulders, but also employs the core muscles (abs and back) for stabilizing your form.

But unfortunately, there isn't just one easy fix.
