I think you should talk to him. Call him instead of texting him. Or meet him somewhere. Talk to him and see what his problem is. You never know it may be he was just busy. Just get things straight. Figure out why he hasn't texted you.

listen darling..dont think negatively. Once that happened to me too..i just did not bother and it turned out his handphone was spoilt. You noe dear don't expect him to just text you n nth else..you might not like this but guys don't like it when you are possesive of them.. yea? No, not really me and my ex always went days and weeks without talking to each other maybe he has just been busy or sumtin happened to his phne.. you have to think positive.
