Does this girl even like me or not?

My friend Kim, and I have been friends for about a year now. When we first met she was flirting with me, she was twirling her hair, smiling and laughing at my jokes. Someone said that I think Kim likes me. I didnt belive them. She was always smiling at me in Chem labs. When I held study sessions, she always came even though she was a Chem major, she always smiled at me, and twirled her hair. I was distracted. I gave her a cupcake she smiled.

Then we lost contact, and regained it in the summer, we texted all summer long. I was working, and she "boooo" ed me. She also told me she had a bf, and I was kinda bummed out. Then the fall semester came, and she smiled at me when she saw me.

She told me she had to go to her bf's boss's wedding, the day after I saw her she looked like a wreck. Then, her roomy came by, and said Kim misses me. She said that I should text Kim, and that I should come visit her.

3 weeks ago, I saw Kim, she smiled at me, and I said we should hangout sometime. She always complains she is too busy. She smiles and waves at me when she says goodbye. Then, yesterday I saw her, she gave me a brief smile, not as big as normal, and I invited her to the movies. She never showed up. I did not specify a time though, perhaps that is why. My friends thought Kim likes me, but she seems to be hot and cold about me.

My girlfriends also suggested she may like me, but has feelings for her bf as well. What can I do to better my friendship with Kim? I told hler yesterday that I missed her, and she should come over and watch a movie, but never showed up? Did I saw something wrong?

Please tell me what to do? I dont want to lose a good friend? I want to be there for her always. I love her. One the other hand, she needs to quit playing games with my heart. She needs to choose either him or me. Im 19 and never kissed a girl. I was always waiting for the right girl. I think she may be it.

She needs to quit playing with my emotions, I am going to get hurt by her. She is hot and cold. I dont get her. She is still with her bf.

She may like or have feelings for you, but the fact of the matter is: she is with someone else by her choice. You have a couple of options here. If you want to try and win her back, you will have to be a bit more assertive with her (have a more take-charge attitude with plans). Then tell her you WANT (not need) her. The other option is that you could confront her and let her know you are getting mixed messages and you just want to know where you stand in all of this. A better option is to move on

It was sweet, but then at the end, your story kinda got creepy, so I can imagine what Kim must think. Chill out. Smoke a blunt, Maybe she'll come back to you

Okay... that last sentence makes you look like a desperate psycho. The whole article was wrote pretty well, but to resort to capitals and then "wish" hurt upon her shows that you need to back away, as she is pumping poison through your veins.

What you need to do, is understand she has a partner and respect her wishes. I dont think there is any harm in saying to her "Kim, I value our friendship.. however I am very attracted to you. I dont want to ruin things and I respect you have a boyfriend, but figured you should know how I feel". This way you play your cards openly on the table and put the ball in her court to react.

But dude seriously... wishing hurt on someone... and claiming you "love" her?! Do you know what love actually means? You cant "love" someone that you havent even dated before! I think you are confusing it with "lust".

alright so.. i say that you should relax a bit. take it easy and let her come to you. don't show that you are interested until she starts coming around again. you need to know that she is interested in you too. You can't just wait around for her when she does nothing to you. She wont even show up to hangout as friends. you don't need a friend like that and most definitely not a girlfriend like that. she is playing with your emotions and its driving you crazy. you need to lay low and when you see her don't smile or wave and see what she would do the next time. im guarantying that she will notice and wave and smile the next time. but honestly to say that you hope she gets hurt is really low as well. yes she is hurting you but it might not be intentionally because she may not even know you have these feelings for her.
