sorry before i didnt phrase my questioon right i meant to ask .

My little cousin has like bottle rot on her four front teeth .
today the denstist is doing surgery to remove it . about how long will it take?

If he will extract the teeth, about 1/2 hour. If he will fill them, about an hour.

10mins max for tooth extraction. Few injections will take place (1 for each tooth) to numb the area for extraction. However, if root canal treatment/implant is required it would be longer.
