My best treatment that i've used is acne no more, and the name says it all!
I've tried like everything and nothing really ever works so i probably know how you feel!
I started seeing results honestly within the first two days of using it.

Hey...I dont know how long it would take but I came across this website that says you can cure acne in about 14 days all naturally, I'll link you to it!! as far as razor bumps..I dont really know..i guess it depend on the sensitivity of your skin...I used to use an aveeno shaving cream that is supposed to stop the bumps it helped me...Good Luck!
