I want to start stretching my ears but i only want small ones.?

I would like to start stretching my ears, but I really only want small ones, not the big huge holes. If I go like 10 or 12, can they go back to normal?

you can pretty much go up to, most people consider a 2 & it'll go back to normal. but it'll really depend on your ears. you'll definitely be fine with going to a 10. [that's where im going to stop at mine].

Yes. You can all the way to zero if you want. And they will stretch back.
