COST: under $10
STORES: walmar, cvs, rite aid,bath & body works
CANT b sticky

i know you said it has to be under 10 dollars but i have a tube of chanel glossimer lipgloss and it looks amazing! i get compliments everyday on how pretty my lipcolor is :) and it runs about $24
