What is the best product or formula you know of to clean glass and leave it streak-free?

I have a china cabinet, and the glass windows, mirror, and shelves are in dire need of a good cleaning, but everything I use seems to leave a sort of oily/foggy residue. I'm at the end of my rope with it. Anyone know of anything that really works? :-p

It smells terrible at first, but use white vinegar and use newspaper to wipe and clean them. I promise, it won't leave a streak and it does a terrific job. I just bought a squirt bottle and put some vinegar in it for easy application.

And don't worry, the vinegar smell will not hang around.

I clean houses professionally. Use "Sparkle" window cleaner (can be found @ most places & DIY project stores) Also, I use old fashion cloth baby diapers (getting hard to find) when washing them use laundry detergent and bleach. Do not use any type of fabric softener on them (this includes detergents that have softeners in them) Softeners leave behind a waxy residue

I just had a large family pre Christmas get together this last saturday and needed to quickly clean some windows of doggie nose prints...I tried pledge multi surface (blue can) because I happened to have it in my hand while at the window, and I could not believe how great it worked. I have more windows than solid walls on my main floor, so I have tried everything. I really liked this one and it will be one of the couple that I will use again.
