Is it disrespectful for a guy to call a girl his prized possession?
Well, this guy told me that. But the way he said it made me think he was being disrespectful. what do you think. BTW; the reason is because he's considered the school player and he doesn't own me. Were not evening dating. Do u think he was playing with me?

in your case, i would say that it is disrespectful and the dude is just a moron if what all you say is true. My fiance is my most prized possession. She belongs to me and no one else, and it's the same way for her. I am hers and hers alone.

I'd see it as a compliment if it was from a lover... but not a random guy who you think is a bit of a player.

Using the word possession implies he is in control of you and you are all his. Or that you are just a trophy that he won.
Some girls would love for a guy to say that. Some think it is disrespectful. Next time he says it you may want to ask him what he meant.
