Pisces & Cancer are always there for anybody and as for the sign that won't throw you a life saver even if you are drowning, I would go with Aries. My sign. lol

as much as i hate to say it.... aquarius are very unreliable... at least most that i know...

the one i can most depend on would probably be a leo.... or a scorpio.... and taurus.... and that's it.....

Dependable? Any Earth sign. Flighty? Any Air sign. Just because they are busy people, going places and doing things that they get overwhelmed and lose track of commitments.

The sign I can usually can depend is on my sign Taurus, Capricorn, Virgos, and Scorpio. But one sign from experience that has let me down more than once I learned I just can't trust a Gemini.

Pisces, Virgo, Scorpio, Leo are dependable.
Taurus & Aquarius will leave you hanging. Taurus natives are lazy and self-indulgent. I find Aquarius irresponsible and immature especially MALES. This is only my experience with them. So, I'm not generalizing here.
